You can't set the table with a chicken in your hand!

Everyone slept wonderfully and peacefully, though Huffle did dream that he walked into a restaurant looking for the toilet and sitting at a table all together was Aunty Kat and her friend, Aunt Pear, Grandma and Huffle's Grandma. He had a quick conversation with Aunt Pear and woke up.

Today we had a stay at home and slob day. A long leisurely pancake breakfast. Baths for the boys with each of them entertaining each other (just like the old days). Huffle and I did some painting in the kitchen. I got on with knitting my sock and was doing really well when I ended up ripping it all off and starting again.

We finished the film called 'City of Ember' which was very good. We started The Lion King because Smallest wanted to watch it but ten minutes in he said it was a different film he was thinking of. The boys played on the IPads and we set the Wii up in the living room and we all played Mario Kart and Mario and Sonic at the Winter Olympics. The boys used Mii's to play with and it was quite funny seeing Moo dresed as Santa doing a ski jump, Grandad dressed as a bumble bee also ski jumping. Grandma was driving a car in Mario Kart wearing a onesie and also snowballing in the Olympics.

The kids had some lego time in their rooms and then made some Chocolate Chunk Muffins for after dinner.

The sun has been out all day and the snow is melting, very slowly, but still melting.
