There's snow spice

2016. HAPPY NEW YEAR.

This is my 1631st post. I have had over 99,000 views. WOW, who'd have thought. Thanks to my Russian readers who contributed much of these views (who are they and why are they reading?).

We did actually manage to stay up last night to see the New Year in. Only because we were playing cards and we got carried away.

This morning started with a pancake breakfast, with everyone except the boys helping. They were too busy watching a Ladder Match in wrestling - bloomin' rubbish.

Huffle and Moo started clearing the drive of new snow (just a mere sprinkling) and the boys carried on with their snow fort. I helped with the last bit of the drive and then we all played snow football. It was very difficult as the snow was hard and crunchy and not very forgiving. Running around kicking a ball in snow boots was also tricky. While the kids played on the Wii, the rest of us played Skip-Bo.

As we had a late breakfast, we decided on a very late dinner and all hands made two curries which were very nice and we had them with rice and roti. After dinner we played Q-Bitz and Simon Swipe. The boys requested we play Manchester again but this time we used the word SNOWMAN and LEICESTER.

Later afternoon we finished our Avengers film, played table tennis and watched the boys videos from the day before. They were very funny.
