My grandma could've hit that with a stick of rhubarb!

All of us were up and out of the house for 9:45am to catch the GoBus into Toronto for the Blue Jays baseball game against Tampa Bay Rays. Once off the bus we walked to the Harbour where we had brunch in an Irish pub. Never again though. Too long to wait - we were starving, Smallest asked for a fried egg or poached egg instead of scrambled but the kitchen couldn't deviate from the menu. Poor Steve, our waiter, lost his tip bit by bit throughout the whole experience. Still we all had a nice brunch and then walked along the harbour again to the Rogers Centre.

It was a day where they celebrated a player and were giving out commemorative balls to the first 20,000 people who came in. Huffle told us it would be no problem but we didn't get one. Apparently you had to be there at 12 which is far too early when you have two little boys who can't sit still for that long.

We went to our seats. We were high up again but this time behind the batters. We had a couple of girls behind who were chattering away saying "he was like..." "....and I was like....." It was very interesting and they moved eventually. Tampa Bay (MrGator's team) won in the end but it was an exciting end. The roof was open and the sun was hot.

We left the stadium and headed for the Gelato shop where we all had two scoops each. Yum yum.

We walked along the harbour again and back towards the bus station. We saw some very interesting people.

The boys were hungry so we got them a sandwich and a biscuit and queued up for the bus. The journey home was interesting. Small sat with Huffle, I sat with Miaow and Uncle Tuc sat with Smallest (who played Rock Paper Scissors, parrot volcano water pistol). It was funny listening to them.

Once home, we got a takeaway pizza between us, put the boys to bed and played UPSET where either Miaow or me won. (We decided!!).

Huffle's grandma took him to the cricket all the time and that's what they would say to the bad batters. I heard huffle shout it at the baseball yesterday x
