Slept all night.
Boys didn't wake until 7:45 (unheard of in this house!).
Sound of the church bells ringing in the distance. Gentle hum of a mower. Birds singing.
Lovely family breakfast, followed by more present and card opening, then into the garden for Balloon Modelling.
Of course, Mummy has to make all manner of things, like Dinosaurs, Parrotts, Rabbits, Penguins, in reality all Mummy could manage was an Apatasaurus - not bad - I've never done it before!

Second House Viewing today by the ones that came on Friday - went very well - they asked lots of questions and said they would speak to the Estate Agent on Monday. Wahooooo. Please make a reasonable offer!!!
Then we all had a water fight (not the people viewing - we waited till they went).
