Wobble Over

I woke up this morning feeling bright and happy.  I had my wobble and now I am over it.  How silly!  Small went off to school - do I need to say this?  He goes to school every weekday.  Right won't mention that again then unless something different happens!  It was Smallest's day to be at home so I decided we were going a mission to food shop and buy some paint for Small's room (bless it is still purple from when the girl before had that room and he has never complained!).  Also I need to sort out birthday cards and presents for this month.

So we had breakfast, got ready and we were just about to head out of the door when ClownRose turned up.  So we took off our coats and they came in for coffee and a chat.  Smallest went and got all his teddies down again for BabyMo.  He put the blanket down on the floor for her too.  What a kind little man he is.

BabyMo - Smallest took this photo.

ClownRose - he took this one too

The insurance people are at ClownRose's house and they have had to go and stay at a hotel about half an hour away.  They are there today removing all traces of smoke using chemicals and chucking away all food stuff that is open including herbs and spices.  There is a laundry man coming too to remove their clothes and get them cleaned.  Then someone is coming to paint.  Worth paying your insurance for eh?  She says, an insurance brokers wife!!!

ClownRose decided to come shopping with us.  I needed her help because I wanted to buy a Fire Pit for Huffle's birthday.  We never bought one but looked at many.  I have told him I'm buying him one now (he is happy with that - man like fire!) so he can chose which one he likes.

When we went to by paint there was only a small aisle of paints.  All paints here get mixed so you can't just pick up a pot of paint colour of your choice.  I had two diffent colours mixed up for Small's room.  Hope I picked the right colours.  We got some food and then headed home.

We had lunch.  Grandma skyped us - she looks like someone has badly beaten her.  Her fall was pretty bad.

We skyped Moo.  She is already writing a list of what we want her to bring in June.  He he, just in case it is on offer!!

We skyped HB to check she was packed.  Got to see GP (her boyfriend) and Smallest laughed at him and said he looked funny, don't take it to heart GP, it was only because your picture was pixelated - you don't look that funny.) she is all ready to come.  Saw her bag and her snow boots.

We played in the basement with the cars and then made a banner for the airport (ssshhhhhhh it's a secret).

When Small came home he helped us too.

The boys danced in the kitchen - we always dance there - it's our ballroom.

Small made pancakes for their pudding.  He flipped one all by himself.  They had pancake, nutella, banana, choc chips, lemon and icing sugar - not many though!

Smallest drew a picture for someone's birthday that is soon!

the snow started around 3pm today and there is a light dusting of it everywhere.  It's going to be cold tonight  -11 and tomorrow -9 with snow forecast all weekend.  The temperature back in the UK is fairly similar to ours (strangely enough).  Obviously they don't have the windchill there but still, it's cold for the UK.

While I was writing this post, the TV was on in the background and i was half listening to adverts and previews for new programmes.  I heard about a new series where you could "Pray the gay away" WHAT? They made a programme about this?  OMG - how weird!  There was also a programme about vegetarians in a restaurant with a vegetarian child and they were setting up the other people in the restaurant!  Crazy TV.

P.s.  just realised the Pray the Gay Away is the same programme as above and that it is a setup programme - challenging peoples willingness to stand up for other people.  Not so bad then eh?

Oh No - I have just seen an advert with Matthew Broderick in it, advertising Honda.  It was based on one of my favourite films - Ferris Buellers Day Off - oh, he's too old to be Ferris Bueller now - I'm not saying he's a sell out but..........

Dear Famfa, I am pleased you are feeling brighter, and you are coping remarkably well and you wouldn’t be “normal” without the lows. It is great you are so honest and open on your blog, and hope that all your avid followers help you along. I will email you shortly. Lots of love Everett xx
