Ahoy there your Majesty

When I got up this morning Aunty A had emptied the dishwasher, started filling the dishwasher, washed up, and put on a pot of coffee. She can stay! She played with the Lego with Smallest.

It rained and rained and rained this morning. We had a slow start to the day. Then we all got ready to go to the library. Smallest wanted to wear this......................

So Aunty A had a pirate fight with him. I'm not sure who won!

It looks like she is dancing again but she wasn't honestly!

He was very scary. We had a tour of the barn and garden and watched the Canada Geese fly overhead.

The librarian gave Smallest two stickers (one for him and one for Small) and he told her all about our holiday in Florida. Aunty A and Smallest did some colouring and writing. We read some books, chose some new ones to take home and went off for lunch. Not sticky cheese or grilled cheese sandwiches today! We drove to the local town and had bagels at the coffee shop.

We popped onto the Vintage/pre owned shop and looked at jewellery. Then we went off to the Thrifty shop. I bought a lovely tea cup which the boys are going to make into a candle in a tea cup for me for Mothers Day.

We found a toy shop to look for Smallest's birthday. He found a Lego set he wanted and spent some money he had saved. We had to go and buy a support bandage for Aunty A's ankle. Still swollen!!

Then we came home, looked for the owner of a letter we received a few days ago, gave it to the corner shop because the number on the envelope didn't exist.

We came home, jigsawed, lego'd and waited for Small to come home. When he came home he said he HAD to play on the computer because he promised to meet some friends on there. Then he too played with his Lego.

This is what they made........

A Tyranasaurus Rex - raaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh

The Queen and Duchess of Cambridge (Kate) visited Leicester (our home town) today and some of the boys friends from their old school got to be there. We found some pictures of them.

We know all the ones in the front row with the blue and yellow uniform. How exciting. The boys loved looking at these photos and naming all the children they used to go to school with. I hope they had a thoroughly memorable day.

I heard from one of the Mum's and they had a great time.

Aunty A and Huffle did their yoga exercises whilst I made dinner and Smallest tried to join in.

We had a lovely dinner of Fish and Chips. Griddled Tilapia fish and hand cut baked sweet potato and potatoes chips. Ummmmmmm ummmmmm. I was going to take a photo but we ate it.

If your child is in one of these pictures and you want me to remove it from this post please let me know and I will be only too happy to do so. If you are the Queen and you want me to remove one, give me a call and we'll discuss it while I complain to you about the clocks going back!!
