Lazy Cosy Day

We all got up late and stayed in our House Pants all day.

Lots of snow in the night. Drifting snow, which came through the mesh on the windows.

This photo was sent by the Rumbleskins. They live in Australia and they found this wine. Bosworth is in our old County of Leicestershire.

Today we made decorations for the Christmas Cake.....

We made flapjack......

I wrapped some more presents. We built the gingerbread house, (including various cups and beakers to hold the structure together).......

The boys went outside and snowballed and sledged......

Moo also went out to join them......

They got very wet.....

We put the roof on the gingerbread house...

(And it is still standing!). We marzipaned the Christmas Cake.

We played Table Tennis and Monopoly. We made Pizza and we watched a Christmas Carol.

The boys and Moo watched their videos from Santa. All are on the Good List this year (Moo was surprised - she's obviously been bad!).

The magic is still there. Smallest loved it. His face lit up.

Last night we played cards and I won. We have already opened the red wine and eaten flapjack and refrigerator cake. Still, the night is young.

Wow!!! The snow is impressive, we have nothing here not even a dusting. We are attempting to put together a gingerbread house on Christmas Eve - it looks so easy on the box.

Christmas cake decorations look good, esp the snwman's carrot nose, fingers xd the gingerbread house keeps upright til Christmas, looks like it needed a good deal of 'cement'! You can see the wonder on Smallest's face watching his message from Santa, so glad everyone's been good this year.
