Apart from the fact that Small woke us up at 7:30am because he thought it was a school day, numpty, we had a lovely snowy play day. Snowball fights, though not the greatest of packing snow, where snow landed in people's faces resulted in tears (I wasn't crying, it was just the snow melting said Smallest), strops and the boys disappearing inside to count their money. They are wanting to buy themselves a WiiU but they need just $200 more. Lots of jobs and chores then, though Huffle told them by the time they save up enough there will be some new system on the market that they want. Small trawled the internet checking out Ebay deals and totting up how much everything was.
Our satellite signal went off last night, maybe because of the snow on it? Huffle and I brushed it off with a homemade Cedar brush. We had a nice walk down the garden, sitting on the slowly disappearing bench, making snow angels, photographing and making a new snowman. Poor George has disappeared too.
We set about clearing the drive which was a massive job, as we had so much snow overnight.
When we had cleared the drive, made a path through the snow ploughed wall and cleared the cars of snow and ice, we went in, showered and played a game of 'Home You Go'. We went out for dinner armed with our bag of entertainment of Tetris cube (many times tried, never yet solved), playing cards and magnetic draughts.
Once back home, after a game or two of table tennis, we sat and watched Groundhog day because it is Groundhog Day today. Punxatawney Phil saw his shadow which means Pennsylvania will have six more weeks of Winter. Wiarton Willie also saw his shadow (that is near where we go on holiday in the summer) and Shubunacadi Sam (somewhere nearish to us we think) didn't see his shadow so we may have an early Spring.
Two games of Go Fish, a toasted muffin in front of TV and the boys went to bed.

What you need is the more reliable weather stone! x
We do have a weather stone. It used to hang off the barn but the string broke - will mend it xx
