Sunshine, Springfield & Springfest

0* today but a beautiful sunshine.

The icicles are melting

We spent the morning playing wii, catching up on The Great British Sewing Bee and doing some decoupage on Small's light switch and Smallest's letter 'E'.

We went out for a late lunch and ate in a lovely independent Burger place. It was so busy we couldn't sit down for ages, but it was worth it. Afterwards we went for a walk around the village. It was cold but we know that warmth is on its way.

At home we introduced the boys to The Simpsons - they liked it. (In Universal Studios we went to Simpsons Land but they had never watched it so didn't know who was who).

In the evening I went off and attended a meeting about Springfest (the Spring fair held at the school and run by parents). It was a slow start but we got there in the end. I'm sure there will be lots more meetings (at this one there were only five of us!).

The boys were fast asleep by the time I got back and Huffle had had a long FaceTime conversation with Grandad.
