When I spoke to David Dickinsons Driver.....*

Today we had a day inside at home. Partly a 'list day'. We felt we had enough fun in Orlando and that we deserved another weekend of nothing much. After breakfast the boys created a list and we tried to follow it throughout the day. I had the cake to finish........

It looks a little odd but it was based on a drawing that the birthday girl herself does so I tried to copy that. Huffle added the Moose poo (of course). We had a bit of leftover cake (ummmmmm nice).

We spoke to Moo and Grandma and wished them a Happy Mother's Day and continued with our list.

Showers, Piano practice, reading and homework were the things that HAD to be done in between hide and seek, Mario kart for all of us, scabs and scrapes, Guess Who, Table Tennis, Table Football and Connect 4.

There was a little gadget time and a quick go on the exercise bike (in order to make us feel better about the leftover cake we ate probably).

I got to do some knitting as I am trying to make something for Smallest's birthday (like he needs another knitted toy!).

After dinner, we had a visit from Suffolk and her family to pick up the cake. They were very happy with it and stayed for a chat and a cup of tea.

*you know who you are (raspberry).
