Everyone slept in. We had a very late breakfast/brunch. Huffle watched football(huffle edit - and was very pleased within other excellent win, keep it going mr Hughes). The boys played on the computer and I sat in the loft and sewed up Eco Eric's brother. By lunchtime we went out to John's Garden and bought lots of lovely shrubs. We bought one Lilac that was reduced from $63 to $5 - that's the kind of sale it was.
This garden centre is set in the middle of a forest and Smallest ran around it, hiding amongst the plants.
Once home, we put the plants where they were to be planted (by me in the week when it has cooled down!), we had a drink and a snack and a jump in the pool.
We stayed up there till late afternoon and then came in and made dinner which we ate in front of 'Short Circuit'. All the old films are being watched now. By the time it finished it was bedtime for the kids.
There are storms due and rain this evening.
